I live around this park and its a great one to walk around alone or with dogs. You can run, ride bikes and do whatever you want. It also has a big open field were I see teams practice at. Also good for a picnic on the ground. They have benches lining the road sides of the park.

This place is only half a park in my opinion. It has benches, sidewalks, a tennis court and a children's playground. There is no pavilion, picnic tables or grills. There are no parking lots and the only place to park is along the city streets surrounding the park borders. There are only a few small trees that are not big enough to provide a significant amount of shade. I also didn't notice any water fountains. The only people there were mainly young kids, but they did look like they were having a lot of fun playing. A couple of people walking there dogs too. My wife and I were looking for a place to eat lunch. We ended up eating in the car with the A/C on since there were no tables or shade trees.

There's a great paved trail. Benches along the way. Playground for kids. Bathrooms. Trails near the river so great view. Small pier. Parking. Decent people. But construction east of the parking lot so the path is closed that way
