This is the most nicest apartment I have ever lived in. I truly love it here. Mr. Carter and Aliyah are the best wish I could give them and the apartment a 10 stars.

Here’s the final negative review: “My experience was terrible. I faced unexplained electricity bills of $400 to $500 a month when I wasn’t even home, with just one TV and no kids. Despite my reports, the master bedroom shower was never fixed for six months. I returned the key on December 2nd when my lease ended, yet they tried to claim I returned it December 9th and charged me for December. For over two months, I received no response about my deposit. I had to go there on February 3rd to get answers. I warn anyone renting from them—double-check all dates and documents, because they might sign on your behalf. A friend of mine was a victim. I absolutely do not recommend them.”

My issue is with laundry services. There are 12 washing machines in building two. Out of those 12 machines, 7 are out of service and have been for the entire year. It has been extremely inconveniencing having to go up/down on the elevator to wash my clothing. I don't understand why they don't care to repair the machines but it's very disheartening.

This use to be such a nice place to stay. New management took over and its been a nightmare ever since. Out of the blue residents are being forced to pay rent via ACH only. I feel so bad for the elderly residents who may not be that tech savvy. They can't keep a maintenance person. This is currently how my living room ceiling looks. I've been waiting for over a month for that to be addressed and this is the lobby. Its embarrassing to have visitors visit you at your own place.

We have lived here since 2022. Place has slowly but surely been falling apart and degrading as the time goes on. At first it was small annoyances like the dryers not properly drying your clothes despite the price increase. Then, the elevator being shut down for months at a time. But the kicker is when you are trying to take a shit and you have dirty water falling on you from the upstairs apartment through the vent. Bet they'll raise my rent again for the inconvenience.
