Very nice place to take our tiny dogs. There is a smaller dog area but they don’t like that area and the big dogs don’t seam to mess with my smaller puppies. They are busy doing their own thing and a lot of the dogs just like to be out. Lots of chairs and shaded area for the owners of dogs that come to play. And tons of buckets for accessible water. Never had any issues here. Used to live down town so went there a lot. Recently moved by kirtland dog park and we still choose to take our dogs here. You have to like other dogs coming up to you because it’s always busy But not crowded.

We love this park! They renovated it at the end of last year and it's been such a better experience since. This park isn't the biggest one but definitely plenty of room for all the doggos, they even have a smaller area for the little ones. You can find lots of water bowls/buckets, balls, chairs/benches, and even a couple of small pools for those hotter days. Located near the zoo and not too far from the Rio Grande river. Definitely worth checking out!!

It's nice specifically if you want to really socialize you Puppers. Beat times for crowds 7-9 am 12pm-2pm 4pm-6pm anything else in between best time for dogs that are more attuned to having alone time or space. Great place if you have a hankering to get some natur in your life easy quick trip to the Bosque.

We're visiting with my dog from the midwest. The dog park was pretty nice except that there was no grass and the turf was pretty worn. I liked the walking path along the outer edge of the park for humans and dogs alike. There was only one picnic table under shade but otherwise benches and plastic outdoor chairs are strewn throughout for extra seating. There's a water fountain for humans and dogs, and also a baby pool by the spigot to keep the pups cool. There was one unruly dog there but people seemed to keep their pets in check for the most part. The latches on the gates are also a very efficient way to secure the park without much chance of damage, unlike other parks I've been to.

Love this park, but many people (mostly at night) really don't pay attention to their dogs poop. So much poop. But its a pretty park, my dog loves it.
