A great place for a peaceful outdoor escape — and the best part is that admission is free.
Perfect for walking or biking, or simply coming for a picnic — whether it’s a birthday celebration or just grilling with family and friends.
There are picnic tables with grills, free restrooms, and convenient spots for bikes and kayaks. There’s also a small river where you can enjoy kayaking.
If you’re looking to spend a few relaxing hours in nature without spending money, this place definitely deserves 5 stars.

Great park. Trained for many race by running miles and miles through here. It's also easy enough trails throughout most of the park that I've gone with family and friends with their kids. There are nice bathrooms and several areas with picnic tables. They have an Acai Bowl Truck (or did when I lived down there) that would come on weekend. You are able to see lots of birds and deer, sometimes even gators.

A very nice park in Jupiter, Palm Beach County. It's very close to the Turnpike. We drove down from PSL with the e-bikes on the bike rack. When we got there, there were signs saying that only Class 1 ebikes may use the trails, with a speed limit of 10 MPH, no throttles. I'd seen no indication of this on the County website or online generally. We were courteous and took it slow and easy. The path is shell/limerock; not asphalt-smooth, but no issue for our 2" tires (more than a road bike, less than a mountain bike). We encountered no sugar sand. Almost every path in the Park has excellent shade. The trails wind and turn, cross back on each other and sometimes have switchbacks; no rhyme or reason except maybe following uplands. Just check the maps on the boards all around the park. Google Maps works too, but we did go on a trail that's not there. There are lots of benches, picnic tables (covered and not), and we had lunch by a wetland at a picnic table under a roof. The wetland was really dry (drought and recent freeze), but we still saw egrets, and saw or heard woodpeckers, jays and a Red-Shouldered Hawk (pic attached). We arrived after 11, so our expectations for wildlife were pretty low.We were there on a beautiful weekday afternoon, and the trails were busy with walkers, runners and riders of all ages.
We also rode out of the park to the canal path, crossed the canal bridge and rode for a while. No shade at all out here; saw Limpkins, Little Blue Herons, Alligators. Turn right/SW and there's a nice observation spot on the west side of the trail to look at a wetland maybe a mile south. It was dry when we were there, but it seemed temporary.
We didn't kayak, but the canoe launch looked nice, and there's a bike/kayak concession.
I think the speed limit should be 15 (you go over 10 just coasting down the back side of hills and bridges), and ebikes shouldn't be restricted, just kept to the same speed limit. Beyond that, I recommend this Park wholeheartedly for biking and walking. I intend to return to try kayaking.

Great park for casual hiking or going for a bike ride. They occasionally hold events and reenactments as well. Very clean and well maintained paths, clearly marked with signs at cross points. All together the paths amount to about 9 or 10 miles, but many loop back on each other, making it easy to pick a route that's the right length for you.

This place is awsome for hikes, bike rides, horse rides and even canoes. There's so many flowers and plants. You might see some deer and birds as well. Everytime we take a new trail and new learning. There's some historic sections where you can learn such as a homestead and sawmill. You can rent a bike or boat or bring your own.
