This is a truly peaceful and beautiful park. The moment I arrived, my heart felt instantly drawn to this place. I visited in the evening, and the calm, soothing atmosphere creates a very relaxing feeling—almost like being in meditation. The park is extremely well maintained, and the color combinations in the surroundings are very pleasing to the eyes. I really love this place. I highly recommend you visit and experience this beautiful serenity for yourself.

Beautiful place to walk along the riverfront. They have public bathrooms as well that are very clean. Some swings and benches along the path to sit. You can walk across to Manatee island or walk over the bridges.

Lovely paved walking path with botanical gardens, park benches, swinging benches, water fountains for drinking, fountains ⛲️, public restrooms (that are clean!), and a splash pad for kids. Lovely to visit after eating at one of the restaurants across the street to combat the food coma. There's a lot of local wildlife (butterflies, bees, lizards, squirrels, birds) plus a trio of ducks that live near the waterway. Pleasant place to take a walk on a sunny afternoon. 🌞

We really enjoyed walking around the Riverfront Esplanade area. This is really a nice development with a load of things to see and do. The landscaping is great and the whole area is well maintained. The view of the river and bridges are great. The area also feels very safe with regular security patrols.

What a difference this park has made to Downtown Daytona! Finally, I feel safe walking my dog in a local park. The cameras and security guards help maintain the park’s standard which I fully appreciate. They don’t allow smoking or drinking, and they have several other rules to help keep the park clean and safe. They have a dog park at the end of the park near the Main St. Bridge which you’ll need to get a permit to enter. It’s $80 for the year…$100 if you have two dogs (which is the max one person is allowed to bring). They offer a small & large dog play area equipped with agility equipment and water stations, and they have a 25 dog limit in each park. The restrooms are nice and super clean! I just wish they had hooks on the back of the doors so I don’t have to hold my bag while using the restroom. I can’t tell you how grateful I am to have found this place! This will definitely be my new favorite park to exercise with my dog. I can’t wait to see this place at Christmas…they’re already putting lights up so I can only imagine it’s going to be beautiful at night. Thank you to the Brown family for helping revive Daytona, and to the amazing staff for keeping it a clean and safe space for families to enjoy.
