Really nice park, and as the name implies it’s right on the river. There is a large guest area with bathroom, showers, gift, shop board, games, and everything else you can think of. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great place to bring a dog, they have their own swimming hole! And it's a great place to sit and relax and fish too!

I only give it a 4.5 because we have a 28’ trailer we pull and I didn’t see any info on the page about the park to say we shouldn’t try to go there. Still; we found a spot right by the river and would have been ok getting back to the interstate, but construction forced us to back the trailer down a block and maneuver to turn around. Perhaps someone could put information about trailer access at the Casper City Park website?

Small, dirty, two men at park without kids looked at bit out of place. Pictures of river is misleading, there is a 6 foot chain link fence, no trail to river. Graffiti/spray paint on playset.

My time there was great. My dog was able to run around off leash and splash in the water. Even though it's the middle of November. You got to chase the squirrels and climb the trees. At the end of our visit there a nice lady came up with a dog and my dog got to play with him. It is a excellent little Park, they don't have any facilities there to use the bathroom as such, but other than that there was absolutely nothing wrong with that little Park.
