The park is absolutely stunning, with lush green spaces that are perfect for gatherings and picnics. The running and walking trails wind through the park, offering scenic views and a great workout. The abundance of parking spaces makes it convenient for visitors, and the well-marked paths make it easy to navigate the park.
The tower at the park is a true architectural marvel, resembling something out of a fantasy movie. It adds a touch of enchantment to the park's landscape. The walking trails, while beautiful, do offer a challenge with their varying inclines, making them ideal for both leisurely strolls and more intense workouts.
In addition to the natural beauty, the park offers a wide range of sports activities and hosts various events throughout the year, providing something for everyone to enjoy.

Beautiful grounds. Big open well manicured spaces to play catch with your dog. Shared roadway through the park made easy travel for families with strollers, cyclists, skateboarders, etc. Just watch out for the cars... and snakes. Areas were available to reserve. There was a baby shower happening at the base of the tower which was open for a few hours. You can check their website for the next dates coming up. I would visit again.

Family had a great time attending the Wilmington Flower Market Festival last weekend at Rockford Park. We enjoyed walking around all the stalls, bought a few items for Mother's Day and rocked some great music from local bands playing on stage.
