Wow! The most beautiful park I have ever been to! It's huge!!! Miles of paved trails, lots of playgrounds, beautiful live oak trees with lots of shade, lakes, tons of pavilions, dog park. A real beautiful green oasis in the middle of a big city!

There’s a big park and a smaller park, a really big pavilion with lots of picnic tables as well as smaller ones, there’s benches and tables by the water, trees that provide shade and grass for a nice comfortable picnic spot, opportunities for fishing, paved trails that are good for the handicapped, babies and bikes/scooters. Lots of alligators. Stay away from water. If you follow the water as far as you can you get off the paved path a little. There’s a nice spot to climb a tree over the water, have a picnic at a table, and let the kids use the paved trail right in eyesight of the table for scooters and bikes.

Awesome park by the river. Nice bike path and exercise stations situated throughout the park. Playgrounds also looked good. First time there and will be looking to go back next time I'm in Tampa. Also free entry.

This is my favorite park around Tampa! The walking paths are well maintained and it’s a great spot to walk loops! There’s a really nice dog park, great pickleball and tennis courts, and they even have a rink for skating of some sort (not ice obvi)! The views of the river are great and the sunset through the oak trees is super pretty! Most everyone is good about keeping their dogs on leash as well!
