Ruby Park is an undeveloped neighborhood park. It would be nice to have a walking path or sidewalk around the perimeter, but it is just a place to enjoy as it is. This park has the same rules as other Eugene Parks. If the rules are followed for its use, than it is more enjoyable for everyone. For example, dogs should be on leash and owners should be responsible for cleaning up after them. Please note - The hours for use are actually sunrise to sunset. The Google Maps website isn't set up to allow input for them since they change daily.
This isn't a playground or even much of a park. It's kind of a big vacant lot with some tall trees surrounded by homes. No benches, no tables, no paths. Maybe it'll be a park one day. Right now it's just a placeholder.
Not much going on here. No dedicated parking. My son enjoyed playing with the sticks and cones from the trees though.
I live right next to it. I wouldn't say it's much of a park but it's close to for kids to run around and let your dogs take care of business.
Parking is minimal at best, tight road space, there's nothing other than grass and a couple trees
