Terrible management that will scam you for every penny they can get when you move out, be warned. Also, had an infestation while living there that took them a month to take care of. Still had to pay full rent during that time even though the unit was uninhabitable. It was actually a nice decent trailer and place to live overall. Unfortunately, it was managed so poorly that it ruined the entire experience.

My daughter and granddaughters live here and I just visited for the 1st time... and I must say it's a beautiful place!! Absolutely... her and my son in-law ..I believe made a good purchase by moving here. ..

The management at Rudgate manor does not do anything about any complaints regarding rodents, dogs constantly barking, people not mowing their grass until it’s 4 ft high, or anything related to constant speeding (40-45mph) or constant loud noise during the night. DO NOT move in here if you have children, enjoy peace and quiet, or don’t want to pay unreasonably high prices for terrible service.

I would read the reviews I looked to move there but after looking at the reviews I think this place should be shutdown.

It seems to me that a lot of mean people live here. My daughter loves the community and the office team! She is very satisfied with the property management. Unfortunately, they can't contol others credit scores and utility usage. Just face it, rodents are God's creatures and they live wherever they want. Don't put your garbage outside unless its in a can with a lid and they won't come over. The park is beautiful and clean. Treat others as you would like to be treated. You will be a much happier person. To the office staff, I'm sorry to see these reviews from people that can't be pleased. Working with the public can be both rewarding and nerve-wracking. Keep up the good work, and don't let nasty people ruin your day.
