I'm extremely disappointed and very upset with how poorly my dog was groomed. I have no idea what happened with my dog's grooming this past Saturday he looks horrible and it's not fair to me to charge me the high price for severe subpar work incomplete I tried to give them another chance after the last time where they didn't pluck his ears and didn't do his collar cut when I asked her to do the collar cut she took him in the back and horrifically cut up the middle of the back of his head which was also lopsided I dealt with it texted my concerns along with pictures of the damage was asked to bring him back to get his ears plucked I opted not to and do it myself Fast forward I let his hair grow out to give room for the perfect cut only to have him butchered I asked for shorter ears and a smaller blended face like a puppy cut I've sent photos of his cut that I wanted him to look like I would have appreciated some honesty that the groomer is inexperienced and probably not skilled enough to provide the quality cut i asked for instead of using my dog for practice but if you were overly confident and messed up have some accountability tell me and NOT charge me 😡😠🤬 DON'T MAKE ME PAY 1ST THEM BRING MY DOG OUT I NEED A FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY THIS IS HORRENDOUS the 1st two pictures is what they did to my baby this past Saturday 11/15/2025 the other 3 are photos of him that I expected for them to replicate that his previous groomer did who we now live over an hour away we tried to give these people a shot and they messed my dog up i am hoping they refund me without problems I'm not letting go this go that groomer needs training and they need some integrity she knew she mess him up and didn't do everything like basic thing didn't touch his leg nor tail just shaved his body and messed his face head and ears up

Love it! My standard Goldendoodle (56lbs) always looks great after her appointments. My girl is a rough-player and gets herself matted easily rolling around, but they always take great care of her! They’ve even let me bring in my own shampoo/conditioner when my baby’s skin needed oatmeal ones. Always kind & respectful & absolutely amazing work. Love the teddy bear face and the sweep of her Goldendoodle tail. My pup is skiddish but she seems to do well with the ladies here. Two thumbs & two paws up from us 👍🏼👍🏼🐾🐾

We have been going to Rudy’s for about 2 years now . We take our 12 lbs. Maltipoo once a month for a full groom( cut, bath, nails, etc.) . Around 90$ with tip. They cut her very consistent each time . We have them give her close cut on her tummy and private areas. Never had any issues with razor burns or nicks. . She looks great each time . So far so good.

In Sept, I took my dog, Bentley, to be groomed at Rudy’s Pawsome Kingdom in Duncanville. I discussed with the groomer what I wanted. Trim nails, paws trimmed, shave his coat to about an inch, trim tail and teddy bear cut his face. I asked her not to trim down the hair above his nose. I wanted it rounded. And, to trim the hair around his gums that was going in his mouth. Also, to do not express his glands. When I arrived to pick him up, I was asked to pay $86.60, and I added a $12.00 tip for a total of $98.60. I asked the girl how he did and she said fine, no problems. Bentley was brought out and had been butchered all over except for his tail, which wasn’t touched. It looked like thinning sheets were used all over, not a trimmer. Patches of long hair around his body that were just skipped over and obvious, shorter hair areas, hair wasn’t trimmed out of his mouth, all the hair was chopped. And, his face was horribly butchered, uneven, not pretty at all. I told the girl that I loved him and would have to get used to it. When I got home, I looked him over well and was so upset that I thought it best not to call them the same day. And, Bentley started scooting his bottom and did this many times. His glands had been expressed after specifically telling the groomer to do not. I called the owner the next day and complained. She did refund me the $12.00 tip and asked if I could come the next day for her to even him out. I went back, and I was showing the owner everything I was upset about. I asked her if the groomer was new and she said no. We were having what I believed to be a good conversation. I told her I felt $86.60 was still too much to pay for such a bad cut. She looked up at me and said, Do you want me to even it out or do you want a credit? I told her that I actually would like both and for her to please consider it. At the end, she told me she would give me an additional 10% refund. I waited and Bentley was brought out. The owner had trimmed his tail and a bit of hair from the gum line. She left the patches of long hair, didn't even out his coat and was not able to grow back his long beautiful facial hair. My total of $79.10 was still too much to pay for such a horrible experience and that one comment from the owner. The groomer and front desk girl were nice. I believe the groomer didn’t know how to make a teddy bear facial trim. Maybe it was his silky hair, she wasn’t paying attention, not enough total grooming experience, or couldn’t remember what I had told her. Maybe bad communication between us that I didn’t realize. I even told the owner, because of the convenient location I would be willing to bring Bentley back, so maybe the groomer could learn how to cut his hair correctly. But, no I won’t. The owner's comment was rude and did she purposely not even out his coat or cut the long hair batches, just not care? Anyway, I would NOT recommend this place. I’m sure my one review won’t hurt her business because the one bad review I read didn’t stop me from giving them a try. BEWARE

So pleased with the grooming for our Lola! They did a great job. Rudy’s was recommended to me by a neighbor after reading bad reviews from other grooming locations. Our dog seemed very happy after her visit. Nice location and recommended.
