We have been taking our pup to Ruff House for about 6 months now. When we started, our pup was super friendly and outgoing with lots of energy, but she struggled with good doggie manners. The RH staff were so patient, kind, and supportive of our high energy pup. They met her where she was at, giving her breaks when she was overwhelmed and needed them, until she matured a bit and was better able to pick up on social cues from other dogs and was able to recognize on her own when she needed to take a rest. I know part of this was her maturing, but a big part of it can be attributed to the care and patience of the RH staff. U pup comes home happy and exhausted, and maintains her friendly, outgoing personality. We couldn't be happier.

FANTASTIC facilities! We use the dog park as a play and training area for our new dog and it has helped wonders. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Very well maintained and clean building. I would highly recommend this to anyone with new dog who is getting used to playing with other dogs. With multiple areas you can take them to separate from the other dogs it makes us feel safe and in control at all times. And the people we have met have been equally as friendly and courteous.

Have been going to Ruff House for a year now. Started with one pup now have 2 who come and get their socializing, exercising, playtime and all the barks in. Indoor area has a separate smaller play area ideal for the timid, smaller pups, or puppies just learning. 3 separate outdoor areas are available connected to the indoor park, and plenty of shade is provided. Staff is incredibly friendly and kind, and they get to know your pups. Recently started to utilize the daycare, and the few times they have gone, pups are exhausted by the end of the day-- which is the goal! While my dogs are not perfect and we are constantly training I used RH to work on recall, work on some agility and learned some commands due to the ample space and the distraction of other people and dogs solidifying your training. Having dogs with some leash reactivity and not being blessed with a fenced-in yard, this place is a godsend.

I have 2 dogs that are not social with other dogs and truthfully don't do well being away from us. We had the best experience boarding them at Ruff House. They were there for 3 days, so communications came at the end. They explained the personalities of both dogs, talked about taking them out to play (by themselves), going back in the kennel and eating. One of my dogs wasn't eating and they went as far as putting it on a plate and heating it a little to get him to eat. We will be back.

First time visiting. Went to the inside dog park. Many dogs were playing, having a great time. Sophie fell asleep quickly in the car. Was a fun time for her.
