I enjoy coming to this park, the trail is very soft and smooth to jog on, and there’s a nice turf area in the center. One mile is about four laps or so. The trail is surrounded by a larger dirt, grassy areas to explore and there’s another larger trail that surrounds the entire park. It’s very clean and well taken care of . There’s a small sandy area with a volleyball court and exercising machines. The only thing I wished they had a small play area for children but this seems like more of an adult park for people trying to get their jogs/walks in or people practicing for their sports than for children. It’s really nice to have if you live close to get your exercise time in daily . Thankful for all the people that upkeep this park it always looks well taken care of.

God I love & miss this park soo much...back in 2020 when covid was on the rise, my daughter & I would always come here just to get away from our living situation (a few blocks down). We were semi-homeless but we'd always find solace here in this park. It's pretty big, and there was always kids playing n a lot of families, so we always felt pretty safe. The landscape in the park is beautiful and very serene. Also, the exercise machines were cool! Thanks so much to the city of Paramount for creating this beautiful park :]

The Park team is amazing. From the introduction video that I could share with decision makers to the tweaking park map, great park to exercise, play football, soccer, run /jog. And to walk any dog only thing parking is horrible. The restroom 🚻 should a an up grade and also parking inside the park with restrictions.

They have been cutting the trees and bushes at Salud Park and it looks so much better. I love how they cut the bushes, it was very different not your traditional square trimmed bushes, but very unique. I never saw bushes cut like that before, it was very pretty to me. Salud Park does not have a playground, but the children play on the exercise equipment, the volleyball court, the small inner track and grass areas to play soccer. The sign that is posted at the entrance of the park does not allow picnics and dogs. They're only two porter potties and no restrooms.

Great park with a .25 track, also a walking trail, and a restroom. Good for track work outs
