They always do a great job. I really appreciate that they schedule with the pets comfort in mind. The pet is seen promptly when you arrive and they text you as soon as your pet is finished. Thus, your pet doesn’t have to stay for a long time in a kennel. Reduces their stress and contributes to a good experience for your pet.

We had a great first experience, they are very up front with pricing and sent updates ensuring that I and my pup were comfortable with the process. We signed up for a membership and are looking forward to our appointment next month

Extremely nice and accommodating to both of my pups who definitely aren’t the easiest to groom. They do a fantastic job, I just wish their pricing structure was easier to understand and didn’t require a monthly membership to get the adjusted rates.
