ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE — IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE TO MY DOG’S COAT I am beyond upset and honestly still in disbelief over what the manager at this grooming salon did to my Pomeranian. This was not a minor mistake or a misunderstanding it was a complete disregard for explicit instructions and basic breed knowledge. DO NOT USE CLIPPERS ON A POMERANIANS COAT. Before the appointment, I made it crystal clear multiple times that clippers were NOT to be used on my dog under any circumstances. Pomeranians have a double coat that can be permanently damaged by clipping, sometimes never growing back correctly again. I even sent reference photos and was reassured directly that she would keep the coat longer and avoid anything that could compromise it. Despite all of this, she proceeded to use clippers anyway completely ignoring my requests and the guidance I clearly provided. The result is devastating. My dog’s coat now is uneven, stripped, blotchy, and potentially permanently compromised. For a breed where coat integrity is essential to health, insulation, and natural regulation, this is not cosmetic it’s serious. What makes this even more upsetting is that this person is the MANAGER. Someone in that role should demonstrate the highest level of professionalism, technical skill, and respect for client instructions. Instead, I experienced the opposite. The outcome feels so careless that it honestly borders on intentional disregard. To add insult to injury, I was still charged for the service after my dog was returned to me in a condition I specifically worked to prevent UNTIL I DEMANDED A REFUND! She wven had the audacity to ask me “you don’t like it?” I’m beyond insulted!!! I strongly urge anyone with a double-coated breed especially Pomeranians to think very carefully before trusting this salon. Please look closely at the before-and-after photos. They speak for themselves. This was emotionally upsetting, financially insulting, and potentially long-term damage to a dog. My heart broke when I saw what she did to him. I would never return and cannot recommend this business to anyone who truly cares about their dog.

10 out of 10!! First time going to this location and was very impressed. The ladies at the front were so kind and made my baby girl feel comfortable. When I came to pick her up she looked ADORABLE and tail wagging the whole way home. Thank you!!

Very detailed on my pets sevice and care. On time, professional, & not over priced. I will be their new customer, my doggie said she’s happy!!!!

They were very kind and patient with Thor. He doesn’t let anyone touch his paws, let alone brush him, but the girls who attended to him were extremely patient and loving. Even though he didn’t cooperate much, they still managed to do everything necessary to make him look beautiful, clean, and happy! I highly recommend this location because they truly know how to treat dogs.

The past two times we have been they have done a wonderful job with Ellie. She is cut and bathed and happy. Very impressed with the girls here.
