Small park. There were nearby porta potties. Not a place I would think of for a run, but definitely a spot for parties or a view of the beach.
Beautiful view! I was in town on business and walked the 1.5 miles (great walk) and took in the gorgeous cliff view of the Pacific. Despite the cool, rainy weather, it was a great area to enjoy natural beauty.
