The trails marked for (expert riders only) are in fact just that. Unlike many so-called black diamond trails I've found to be moderate, these downhill runs are serious mountain bike stuff. Love it.

Beautiful green area, sadly doesn’t seem to be care by the people that visit it. Broken glass in most paths. Furniture thrown from the street to trees. While hiking we pass a family of 3 and a few steps after passing them, a terrible smell of cigarette (they left it still on) it was very close to the trees!

Great view but very sketchy neighborhood Be aware and careful Joined at sunrise by a guy who stated he was going to go roll his breakfast. Could barely talk. Clearly already enjoyed some. Lots of trash and empty liquor bottles. Sorry to see that too. But beautiful view! I wouldn't walk the trails here alone

Best hiking near downtown. This past week I saw a turtle 🐢, a baby fox, and a very big woodchuck. Somedays I never even cross paths with a human. My favorite close, easy access place to hike in Knoxville.

Great views of downtown and the mountains in winter. Trails are pretty well marked and maintained.
