Like another reviewer said the park could be better if they were to maintain these parks. I come to this park mainly to use the tennis courts. During the summer the trees provide a nice shade on one side of the court. The public bathrooms are currently closed because of COVID but that has not prevented men from just going through the closed gate on the bathroom doors creating a foul smell (use a tree or a bottle guys).

Good park for children 5 and up because the playground isn't designed for younger kids.

For a dirt field back in the 80s. I used to ride my dirt bike through. It. Sure has changed. Came with my daughter and my God, sons, daughter to play at the park. Had a blast, this has got to be her favorite place? I can't belive I used to fly 20 feet in the air back in the day here. This park that used to be a field was on my way to the riverbottom. It had a huge setup launch jump you could really fly off. We all grew up here. Great times.

Too many good childhood memories to count, but aside from that it's a great park in a great neighborhood. A nice clean playground for kids and a large grass area for sports practice or BBQs/ birthday parties. There are also 2 tennis courts. A good amount of people visit on a daily basis, Weather it's to walk or jog the perimeter of the park, play some tennis, have soccer practice or just relax and enjoy the sun or some shade.

Nice park with a good sized playground and newer equipment. Kids enjoy it and it actually has a water fountain unlike most parks in Oxnard. Large grassy area and tennis courts too if that's your thing.
