it's about 150m above sea level. i started the ridge trail from spruce avenue and had a steep uphill start that might be a concern if it is wet. It is an easy walk overall, quiet, and a nice view of the city.
A park that can reach the BOG SIGN. it has only a very small parking lot for 6-8 cars. It gives a good view of S San Francisco and the SFO Airport.
Perfect for a quick hike if you stay close to the airport in a hotel and wait for your flight.
Incredible views of the peninsula. Lots of planes taking off from SFO. Very steep trails, little shade. Still worth a quick visit if you are nearby and have time.
I cant believe the reviews on this place. Its extremely dangerous, steep, and slippery. Completely unsafe for children and adults. Its very difficult to climb on the way up. I slipped on the way down and almost couldn't stop. DO NOT do this without proper climbing equipment, and DO NOT bring small children.
