One of the most amazing kayaking days I've had yet! We saw countless birds, alligators, turtles, monkeys, and manatees! Beautiful clear water and great scenery. We brought our own kayaks but rental seemed easy with a 2 mile loop to paddle or a 5 mile straight shot that you had to get a lift back up from. I cannot recommend a kayaking spot more than this one!!

I've never been on the glass bottom boats so while we were in Ocala my hubby took me. Honestly it's just ok. More for a kid in my opinion. There weren't very many fish, we did see one turtle and one small gator. There was a lot of paddle boarders and kayaking. It's a state park and entry is only $2.00. Then you have to pay for the glass bottom boat seperate. I think it was $15 each for that. Don't know if children are different price or not. Since its a state park, a lot of people bring their dogs there to walk and honestly if I lived near it and had a dog I probably would too. It's a nice place to walk a dog. I would take my grandkids. But other than that I dont feel the need to go again.

We had an amazing time at Silver Springs State Park! We rented clear kayaks for a few hours, and it was absolutely worth it. The water is crystal clear, so you can see large fish swimming right beneath you — such a cool experience. The park itself is beautiful and very interesting. We saw alligators, tons of different birds, and even wild monkeys on the island! The scenery is stunning, with gorgeous trees and peaceful nature all around. If you love wildlife and being outdoors, this place is a must-visit. Definitely a 5-star experience and we would come back again! 🌿🛶

This park is beautiful. We saw the manatees but didn't go looking for the monkeys. They have glass bottom boat rides that are very reasonably priced. The walking path was well kept and interesting. We drove through the campground and booked a visit for November! The sites are spacious, the cabins are quaint looking and spaced out from each other so there's privacy. Staff were very friendly. Cost $2.00/ person to get into the main park. Dog friendly as well! Bathroom was clean.

Incredibly relaxing trip on the river. We saw so much wildlife and created memories that will last a life time. Recommended booking online before going cause the walk up line looked incredibly long when we went at 10am
