Simon's Ravine is a favorite place to hike in S. St. Paul. It's paved, shaded and has benches periodically. From the the trailhead on Concord it is an easy steady incline through the ravine. A very pretty, park with mature trees.

Absolutely stunning scenery, no matter the season. We love to explore the ravine and surrounding area. Also, disc golf course but never see anyone playing. The dogs love the truly is a hidden gem so close to the city. Always plenty of parking right off the main road. Wear comfortable shoes as there are many steps and steep inclines on the pavement path.

A nice paved trail that connects to other trails of n the area in multiple directions. A modest parking lot.

Lovely forest scenery! It really fills the wanderlust spirit; for those who love adventure as much as myself, I really recommend taking a walk around this amazing park. The park is rich in history and is a great place for biking trails and long walks in the summer.

Gorgeous in the fall. The trail is paved and is uphill from the trailhead, but the side trail to the Kaposia pro shop is steep with quite a few stairs. There is a display discussing the history of the area near the trailhead parking lot. Midday it was pretty quiet.
