The weather was great for hike. If your familiar with Simpson park it has some rough terrain and steep trails. There's a beautiful 360 degree view at the high spots.

It's a standard state park. Very easy access via car and walking. The great place for the whole family or for solo hiking, high chances of seeing wildlife, and has a unique range of atmosphere for all the seasons, and unique rock formations and natural history. do be careful with insects, heat or cold, and dryness and there are signs of private property nearby. Locals are very vigilant on litter.

The restrooms need more regular upkeep but the trails are beautiful as are the views! Worth the drive up the hill!

A long drive up a road to the top of a hill where there are benches for picnics. A few weather/aviation/communication antennas are also just hanging out. There are trails going into the hills and an amazing view of Hemet.
