I love this park! I've been taking my kids here for years. It backs up to the Missouri River and there's a stream that runs off the river. It's beautiful out there. Disc golf, basketball court, tennis court, playground near the restrooms, trails/horse trails, a lot of spots to fish, boat ramp, picnic tables, bbq pit, free mulch...all available. It's such a peaceful place to enjoy the nature sounds and the beautiful sunset!

I walked a portion of this park today with a friend. I had never heard of it until today, but I thoroughly enjoyed the walk. It was very peaceful and serene. This park was not crowded and full of people which I loved. There were several bathrooms and rest areas on the path we walked. We passed by two playgrounds which looked very nice for the kiddos. There were stationary bbq grills, picnic tables and pavilions as we walked that would be great for any family or group function. This area seemed safe and as we walked there was a park ranger driving slowly through. Overall, this is a park that I will definitely visit and walk again. My friend said there's an area to where the two rivers met, but the area was muddy and flooded. Hopefully next time I will be able to view it. There were several parking areas available in the park as well. Go and enjoy.

I just found this low-key Gem last week. What’s great about this park, is that it sits on the Missouri river. A very beautiful walk. because the park is very large. I counted at least 15 different trails that I can explore a different dates in the future. The park was pretty much empty when I was there just another dog walker but it may have been because the weather was cold . I found a creek that was particularly awesome.

Wheel chair access, pavilion great, small kids play ground. The Frisbee golf course hole 4 is here. Also signs all over Horse Trails. Plenty of parking through out the one way drive. 7 places, included pics of the boat ramp at the very end. Cell phone coverages have been upgraded, good coverage down by the river.

A truly beautiful and serene place to behold in North County. The green trees, grass, and wildlife in general all offer a beautiful experience unique to the area.
