Wonderful park! Clean and fun equipment for kids of all ages. There is a porta potty at the lower parking lot that was relatively clean by porta potty standards. There were multiple benches to sit on though they appeared to be caution tape around them. Hopefully they'll be able to be used soon. There is also a covered area with plenty of picnic tables

This is a really beautiful new park!! Another parent told us to check it out since we’re huge fans of Butternut, and it did not disappoint. Our kids gave it a 9/10 rating (1 point was removed because they said that the 2 larger slides were painful to go down). There are activities for younger kids too, but the older kid age 5-12 section of the park is pretty intense. And it definitely requires close adult supervision since it’s not fenced in and close to the walking trail.

One of the best parks we have visited till yet. Kids had a lot to do. Neat and clean adventure. There is a trail or something as well, but could not go there because of the two year old twins. Still, loads of fun, and a lot peaceful. 5 stars, recommended to everyone with toddlers.

Nice park but not a lot of parking especially for games played at the soccer field... The play area is beautiful and well maintained... It's a quiet, out-of-the-way location for family fun...

Sad state of affairs at this park. Run down, almost appears abandoned by the Middletown parks dept. The playground appears unsafe and the grass is not cut whatsoever. The overgrown foliage is a hazard to small kids given the season. This park needs a lot more attention. I am not sure why the town would let it go so badly. Not a good use of tax payer dollars. One positive note is that they actually had the “poop” bags stocked to pick up after your pet.
