Expectation vs reality. No grilled onions, barely any bacon. Disappointing when you pay for a specific item and it doesn’t match the description or promo picture.

have a completely liquid slushie and that was room temperature. could’ve easily told us to pick something different. we ordered online while in the parking lot so there was no chance for it to be able to melt. truly disgusting!

So first thing, we ordered 2 combos a d #1 and #7 no bacon and a small mozzarella stick order. Had to wait 15 minutes... only to get everything I mean everything cold. And my#7 burger only had cheese and mayo.. when i asked for fresh fries the girl at the drive thru literally put the same fries in another bag and handed it back to me.

They made my order wrong. I let them know and asked clouds they fix it. They took my burger bank didn't fix it and when they brought it back to me it was obviously dropped on the ground dirt and hair on bun. Don't trust these evil people

Jazmin is the best server!! All the staff there is always so welcoming and friendly the service is excellent every time my family I go, everything is always fresh I also really recommend the smash burgers 😝.
