South Intel Park is such a peaceful spot to spend time outdoors. The water is calm and beautiful, and you can often see little fishes swimming close to the edge, which makes the place feel so alive. The fishing area is well-maintained and a great spot to relax—perfect for anyone who enjoys a quiet moment by the water. The picnic benches are clean and conveniently located with a nice view, making it a wonderful place for families or anyone looking to enjoy a simple, relaxing picnic. Overall, South Intel Park is a refreshing, calming place to unwind and connect with nature.

Nice beach access. Restrooms and playground near the parking area. Paid parking with the Parkfast app was convenient. Slightly steep drop down to beach. Surfers near the inlet. You can walk in peace for 1.5 miles south then get to a busy beach area with restaurants and shops

South Inlet Park offers a nice, convenient beach access point with very clean bathrooms—which is always appreciated when visiting early in the morning for sunrise. The path to the beach is well-kept, and overall the area feels maintained. I was a bit surprised, though, to come across a homeless individual sleeping directly on the beach path before 7 AM. It was unexpected and a little jarring, especially in an area that’s typically very orderly. It would be good to see a bit more oversight from park staff or security in the early hours. Another small disappointment was the number of people bringing dogs onto the beach despite clear “no dogs allowed” signage. It gives off a bit of the usual “Boca rules don’t apply to me” vibe that you sometimes see here. The beach access itself is nice, but due to recent erosion, the walk down is a bit tricky. There’s a noticeable drop-off, and the sand area is very short, which could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Overall, still a pleasant spot for sunrise and beach access—just a few issues worth noting for future visitors.

Take your morning walk and then come back and swim here. My advice: You can watch the fisherman from the beach, or you can be one of them. :) There's a playground for children. There are clean restrooms. The beach is getting more crowded every day. Homeless people have taken over the parking lots. It can get a little boring. It would be great if there was a great cafe here.

Beautiful park & beach. People can fish on the inlet. Sand on the beach was soft. It is fun watching the boats in/out the inlet. Picnic tables grills for the cookout. Really nice park. Only complaint is parking fills up really quick!
