The trails are well maintained and wide. There is a lot of shade but some areas are a little more secluded so its good to be aware of your surroundings.

Huge egrets, herons, ducks, geese, and a very furtive ground bird. Partly cloudy day with nice reflections in the water. Three different fishermen pulled up pretty large catfish from the bank. And not too hot today.

Bad thing is some people that come here don't clean up after themselves. It's a nice place to be with family or go by yourself

Great for fishing and birding. Pot a potty available. Playground available.

I really enjoyed this trail! The landscape was so beautiful and whoever is in charge of keeping up the grounds is doing a very good job! This park also has a pool and an awesome basketball court covered with a huge breathable canopy. My kids also really enjoyed the playground and the lake with the ducks. There was also some type of recreational center as well, although we didn't go inside, but I think it has a sports gym in it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was cause the only bathroom I saw available on the grounds was a port-a-potty, which was a bit gross, but other than that I truly loved this park. It's huge! Will definitely return!
