Southpark Gardens Apartments

My friend lives over there for almost two years and I witnessed the property management watching her so bad she even afraid to let her children go outside and play. They watch her so bad she’s afraid to have company. I feel like that’s not a comfortable way to live . She’s not a rowdy person she doesn’t cause any trouble and they watch her every move .

Even tho they renovated it and kinda fixed it u will always have polices over there I had a gun bullet in my wall yesterday from people shooting over here and it went through my wall I am so happy it didn’t hit anyone

My daughter and I visited the Leasing Office to put in an application for me and my 2 to have a place to call home. The young lady in the Leasing office was very professional and had a great attitude. We're praying that they will call us soon. I am needing a place to call home. We're currently staying with my daughter and it's rough. I pray that it will work out for me and my 2

I have lived here on and off since 2000. I would like to give a shout-out to Mrs. Garrett. She has definitely cleaned this place up. I'm amazed at the people in the office and maintenance. This is so quiet and people actually respect the property.

Moved out of my apartment for renovations June 4th, was told I will be able to move back at the end of August… we’ll that changed to 2nd week in September, then that changed to mid October….. I was only contacted once by management while being out asking if I wanted to stay out for the second round… I responded no and they told us it’ll be soon when we move back. Well here it is October and still I haven’t moved back in Holidays are coming up and my birthday so I decided to move out and find a place so that me and my child will have a comfortable place to live. I just don’t feel like they care about the tenants. I’m not gonna say it’s everybody but I wouldn’t recommend. I’ve lived here 3 years I’ve never had any problems until now.
