Nice boat ramp to get on the patapsco river Lots of parking Porta potty Not a lot of padding access on the water outside if the river but a small launch is on the Non river side of the very low bridge Access is best from Georgia Ave by the light rail crossing

This park has great potential, with its diverse amenities, including a boat ramp, fishing spots, a nature trail loop, baseball fields, and a kid's playground. However, the park's true beauty and appeal are hindered by its lack of proper maintenance. The boat ramp and fishing areas need cleaning and upkeep. The nature trail loop has the potential to offer a delightful escape into nature, but it needs some grooming and signage to make the journey more enjoyable. The kid's playground and baseball fields, however, are really well maintained. Overall, with some TLC, this park could transform into a fantastic recreational space for the community to cherish and enjoy.

Great area for having a party at the pavilion. They have a playground right there for kids. There are tennis courts. There are port-a-johns available near the pavilion and throughout the park - maybe not as many as it should have though. This park is very open with a ton of space. There is a dog park fenced in area near the pavilion for your furry companions. It is huge with plenty of space for your dogs to run around. They have benches in the fenced in area for you to sit down while your dog just gets a chance to run and play. The park is very secluded away from the city. It is quiet and peaceful here.

Beautiful in the early dawn and dusk. Clean and open, with a water entry ramp and 2 baseball fields.

What could be a very nice park lost my interest fast, due more to the people who were there... Cars doing burnout, spin out and trying to drift between the speed bumps near the dog park. At the dog park, there was a dog owner who had her pit bull at the park. The pitty was very pretty and nice to me but I can only guess the reason she reacted to my dog was because she was protecting her baby(yearish + old) from other dogs. The owner should have said something🤦🏻‍♂️ but instead, without me seeing she leashed up her dog, while we were walking over. At no point did she or the other 2 adults in the group mention that she might snap at your dog or you may not want to come on this side! As we walked in, and my pup went to greet everyone, when he got towards her she lunged over and snapped at my dog's nose. I was surprised when I heard later that she did it to 2 other dogs earlier (that would explain all the blood on the sidewalk)! Then there was the guilt pressuring comment to get me out... I'm not gonna keep her on the leash the whole time, it's not fair to her(no. sorry honey! you can't hold the large dog park hostage for your aggressive, right now dog). Maybe take the shock collar off the puppy and put it on the momma pitty until you reteach her biting and attacking is bad... m'kayyyyy😒
