Aside from homeless people sleeping on the grass, the park is okay. Pretty clean and picked up. I felt safe. There is a nice playground. The fenced dog areas are plentiful and accessible.

I’m extremely concerned and frustrated by a dangerous situation I witnessed at the community park today around 4:30 PM. A local police vehicle drove directly onto a pedestrian walking path while people were actively exercising and walking. This reckless decision showed a serious lack of regard for public safety and created an unnecessary risk for everyone using the park. Walking paths exist to protect pedestrians — not to be used as roadways for vehicles. Incidents like this undermine the sense of safety our community expects in shared public spaces. I strongly urge park management and local authorities to address this behavior immediately and ensure that pedestrian safety is treated as a priority, not an afterthought.

I just went to this park this morning. It has a lot of desert landscaping but some trees. It looks like it was built on a wash so there are a few places you shouldn’t go when it rains. Quite a few picnic areas. They have four dog areas but not a lot of trees in the dog area. The park is bigger than it looks. Overall, a very nice park and great for walking the dogs.

Best place. Always have something going on no matter what age you are. Accommodation for all ages. We threw a SWEET 16 with 75 people for a reasonable price. Had a blast! Most of staff was nice and always there to help.

The Las Vegas parks were the stars of Covid! So many of us were outside enjoying nature during scary times. This park has nice long trails to get some steps in. I also appreciate the desert plant varieties that they have here. It's a lot bigger than it might look from the parking lot. :-)
