Hands down best apartment I’ve ever lived in. The building is brand new so I’ve never had a maintenance issue. The office staff is wonderful, they keep the grounds extremely clean and kept up. My energy bill is low, the community is quiet and neighbors are friendly. I really have no complaints!

My experience with Sterling Park Apartments over the past 10 months has been disappointing. One of the most persistent issues is the ongoing problem of residents allowing their dogs to defecate throughout the property without cleaning up after them. Despite multiple complaints, the front office has yet to take meaningful action, and it has become exhausting to constantly navigate through uncleaned dog waste. While the building is advertised as pet-friendly, it seems there’s little flexibility or understanding for responsible pet owners. For instance, if you’re in the middle of cleaning your apartment and leave a bag of trash outside your door for just over an hour, you can expect a passive-aggressive email from management. Overall, the lack of accountability and inconsistent enforcement of policies has made living here frustrating

I’ll be staying at your one of your apartments in Sterling Park Place with a friend next weekend for one night. I wasn’t sure what to bring my friend as a gift, as I’m traveling in from out of state. But after reading the comments in reviews- a Pooper Scooper might be a fine gift 🎁🤣🤓

I’ve been living here for a year now and will be leaving due to the lack of communication from the new property manager Joseph Young he became our property manager I believe a month ago now, as soon as he came everything just went down hill from there (from my experience) he doesn’t communicate at all. I just wanna tell anyone who plans on moving here just be careful I was told I could renew my lease after speaking with Kyle the old property manager and also sent a letter via email (November 4) for the renewal process for Joseph Young to send me another email a WHOLE MONTH later (December 4) stating i could not renew my lease I was completely blind sided since my lease was up in January and I was already confirmed a renewal. I called and asked was there anything that could be done he simply told me no i had to call Kyle who works at another location which was so unprofessional for me because how are you the new property manager and can’t even help your tenant and be so nonchalant? I don’t know if maybe it’s a race thing or not but i had the worst experience with Joseph Young as the new property manager he lacks empathy and just overall doesn’t care.
