1st base side of field 1 and 3rd base side of field 2 are too close. It's a very tight walk way to get to that area. Also not a whole lot of warmup space (unless you practice on the other side of the parking area). Besides that the field and dugouts are nicely maintained.

If your looking for a T Ball team for your kids, this is the place. Great coaches. Recommend Yankees with Coach Tony, 2016 Champions. Great talent comes out of here.

I never knew this park existed until my son started playing tee ball. It's a nice, clean park with plenty of parking. My kids love the playground and I love that the bathrooms are well maintained. It's a park I wouldn't mind returning to outside of baseball season.

Perfect for walking, very calm and an enjoyable view when the sun is setting

I don't recommend this place if you are a woman going alone in the middle of the day. It is very lonely, with mostly men hanging out in parked cars. The parking spots in the deep end of the park are the creepiest. Nothing but weirdos hanging out. I've gone twice in the middle of the day during the week... never again
