The park is nice and includes two areas, one for dogs under 35 pounds and one for dogs over 35 pounds (there is nuance to this rule and I have seen medium sized dogs on both sides dependant on temperament). Areas are clean and the park offers poop bags and disposal cans. There is also a water area for you to filll your dogs water or to fill the park provided buckets with water for the dogs. There are shaded table areas for the owners and the dogs to sit. The park, at least in the small dog area, does have lighting for after dusk. At times there are people/dogs in either area who do not follow good etiquette but if you encounter that I suggest to try a different time because overall the people utilising the park want it to be a nice and enjoyable experience for everyone.

This park has so much to offer. The dog park is clean. There is water for all of them. Outside the dog park there are walking trails. Then you can walk around the beautiful lake. Plenty of picnic areas for families.

3 fenced areas for small, medium and large dogs. You are expected to supervise your dog in case he gets to pushy with another dog and pick up his/her poop to keep the area clean. Small dog play area (35lbs and below) was very busy at 8am Saturday morning. Med and Large only had a few dogs each. Less busy mid day on weekdays. The other owners were friendly and seemed to know the regular dogs and helped with introductions. There are multiple water bowls and a faucet so the dogs always have water. A few shaded areas and some play hidey spots to explore.

OWNERS BEWARE!!! Visited at 1230PM on Jan 17th, 2026, in town for the softball tournament at the park. Big Dog Area Aggressive service dogs (dogs wearing vests) and aggressive non - service dogs with irresponsible owners go to this park. They know their dogs will attack your dog and will still bring their dog to this park. They could not control their dogs that were repeatedly attacking and biting my 1 year old GSD Husky female. We left immediately, my dog had fur pulled from her cheek, multiple dogs going after her, not letting up, even while on her back in a submissive position. Beware of a black cane corso with a pink service vest. It is not a service dog nor should it be allowed into any public space unless leashed and under control by it's owner at all times. It repeatedly attacked my dog, unprovoked, while she was playing with a different dog. The female owner could not control it off leash. Special shout out to the ugly as sin mutt who tried to attack my dog as we left. Your face is as unfortunate as your disposition. Avoid this park when those dogs are present, those dogs are territorial and should be on leash at all times.

A 8.5 out of 10 for such a wonderful facility for all dogs. 3! Dog parks all separated by a rocky 'no-mans-land' which avoids 'breast beating' between the dog sizes & types. Lights, nearby toilets, 6ft fences, seating, shelter, grass, play tunnels, safe entry/exit areas that probably only require springs on the gates for those that forget to close immediately behind them. Plenty of parking. Love this place!
