Surprise Farms Community Park

I have done multiple real estate sales in surprise Farms and my clients absolutely love this community! From the kind neighbors to the family friendly amenities to the great location by freeways, shopping and hiking, all my homebuyers have been very happy here.

Kids are always stealing stuff and bringing it to this park and destroying it. Also the amount off profanity used at the basketball court is unreal. Words that should t be used in a place where children play. Racial slurs as if it's like regular language to use everyday. And when confronted extremely nicely to stop using the language around children he then became abusive. This is starting to turn into a normal daily Occurrence at this park this used to be such a great and wonderful Park to come to now it's just trash

My 6 yr old daughter loves it. All the kids seem to really enjoy it! ALL Phx. AZ. parks this size should have a splash pad like this to keep everyone cool.

Nice little splash pad for the kids. I honestly did go in the restroom or go beyond the splash pad area. There is a jungle gym area as well behind the splash bad. There is not much seating space, so if you want to use this for a birthday party, I would suggest bringing chairs or something anything you wanna sit on. I don't suggest sitting in the grass on the grass unless you find a way to prevent the ants from crawling on your blanket/towels 😂 I didn't see a grill. However, that doesn't mean there isn't one. *Ice packs >ice *Don't forget sunscreen *Bring extra cloths for adults who aren't getting in water to wet and keep. cool around their neck chest and or head *HAVE FUN

Great to have a community park. Well kept skate and bike park. Nice walk path for the neighborhood
