Sycamore Highland Park at 5777 Fair Isle Dr, Riverside, CA 92507, is a truly beautiful and nice place to visit. One of its most striking features is the ability to see the city from this elevated spot, offering fantastic panoramic views. The park is consistently clean and well-maintained, making for a pleasant experience. It's an especially wonderful location to enjoy the sunset, with the sky often putting on a spectacular show over the city. While it can be a little bit sunny and windy, especially on clear days, these minor points don't detract from the overall appeal. Be aware that parking can be a bit tight, especially on busy days, as the park tends to attract many people. Despite the crowds, there's a good atmosphere, and you'll find space to relax or engage in various activities. For families with younger children, there's a small park area specifically designed for them to play.

We stumbled upon Sycamore Highlands Park while looking for a quiet spot to unwind, and it turned out to be a little gem. I went with my wife and our two kids, and we all genuinely enjoyed our time there. The park is clean, well-maintained, and has a calm, peaceful vibe that's hard to come by these days. What really stood out for me was the sunset — absolutely stunning. There’s this spot on the trail that gives you a wide view of the hills and the city below, and as the sun goes down, the sky lights up with these rich, warm colors. It was one of those moments where you just stop and soak it all in. Our kids had a great time too — they ran around, played on the grass, and didn’t want to leave. It’s not a huge park, but that’s part of the charm. It feels safe and tucked away, like a neighborhood secret. Definitely coming back, especially for those sunset views.

Really nice park with a hiking trail connected to it. The playground is a bit old and starting to rust, but honestly the view makes up for everything.

I was visiting riverside for about a week to discover this sweet park in the neighbourhood! The park is clean with a safe & nice atmosphere😄 students, families picnicking🍀🌳 hummingbirds and rabbits! There is also a nice start point of a trail to the sycamore canyon.

This park offers awesome 360 degree views of Riverside from high elevation. Got breeze and shades. Plenty of grass area to do picnic, read a book and throw footIball with kids. It also has a 3 mi hiking trail off to one side. Street parking only. No restroom.
