Beautiful park! Basketball, tennis, volleyball courts and lots of open grass area. Also a workout area. No bathrooms though.
Horrible transformation of workout zone. Parallel bar station is extremely wide. Who this made for? Stand under pull up bar is extremely uncomfortable. It’s on your way when doing exercises.
Great local park for walking the dogs, or taking a breather from your WFH schedule. Lots of upgrades in progress with new volleyball pits, gym and playground.
Poorly designed. Everything is shoved into one corner of the space, it’s basically a nightmare for parents of small children. The equipment is directly next to the pickleball and basketball courts with no barrier. The pickle ball courts which are constantly in use utilize flimsy plastic barriers to try to keep children off the courts. There is also work out equipment in this crowded area. Last time I was there, adults had tripods set up filming themselves on it. Just another place to keep my kids away from. Annoying is an understatement. Wish someone had thought this through a little better. There’s so much space, why is everything crowded together? Also, no bathrooms. And plenty of off leash dogs as is the case in most public parks in Costa Mesa despite signs posted that dogs must be on a leash.
Nice little park but no restrooms thus no homeless. Also alot of dogs off leash... watch out.
