Needs some TLC, but has two play structures and lots of room. Grass mowed occasionally, and there is often litter near the picnic benches. Safe, though, and lots of space. Decent hard tops for skating.

It has a gated field where your dogs can be let off their leash to roam around also provides a couple of picnic areas with grill and 2tables at each site water access close by and two kids and toddlers playground with swings in a pretty fair state.it's usually Empty not crowded environment.

My comments are directed towards the baseball field. My two sons played in a tournament at Terrace Park and was unfortunately very disappointed with the field maintenance, upkeep and overall safety of the surrounding community/environment. It's sad when you're attending a youth baseball tournament and it seems in any direction you walk there is some form of drug paraphernalia like needles, used condoms or dog feces. I feel bad for the youth and families who use this field regularly. How could you have a double header and not have access to a somewhat clean restroom? It was a bit shocking to say the least. Come on Vallejo, you folks need to be better than that.

There's always trash in the sand, homeless people sitting at the benches. Unattended children with bad manners definitely not somewhere to take the small kids.
