Been Living here for a little minute and I love ittt🥰🥰! I moved in recently & My apartment is very nicee. My Leasing Agent ✨Celia ✨, Was very sweet, helpful in multiple ways and very professional, I could say alot of good things about everyone & everything💕. If you’re looking to move in, this is your sign to move now💕🥰.

I’m very disappointed with the level of service at this apartment complex. The staff does not seem interested in helping future residents, and getting clear answers or support has been extremely frustrating. One of the representatives Named Cecilia I interacted with was consistently unhelpful and came across as rude, making the entire experience even more unpleasant. If this is the level of customer service provided before even moving in, I can only imagine how difficult it would be as a resident. I would strongly recommend future renters look elsewhere.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Absolutely the WORST hospitality in all of DeSoto. Units are disgusting, bug infested after pest control. Moldy bathroom walls. Squirrel family running around in my ceiling (who scratch at the ceiling trying to get out). Rude Managers. Noisy neighbors. The MAIN issue are the pipes in my unit are LOUD. So loud I can hear water rushing down the pipes at 3am everyday. Constant knocking , thumping, tapping noises coming from different parts of the unit that last for hours. The toilet runs for HOURS. literally HOURS without stopping disrupting any sleep. They mow the lawn and blow leaves at 8 am in the morning while people are TRYING TO SLEEP. 0/5 stars if I could. Literally would move immediately if I had the chance, the WORST apartments in desoto. Would 100% recommend taking your money elsewhere.

I lived here about a year and a few months ago and at first it was not bad staying here. Although the apartment was a little on the small side me and my children managed, then I ran in to a little rough patch and I notified the office I would be a few days late on my rent. I kept consistent communication with the office and the leasing manager, which although a few days after the 1st I had all the rent money to pay, but the manager had racked on so many charges to make it nearly impossible for me to survive! I tried to reason with them but she was not willing to budge(even with all my rent money). I end of having to move out and go to court which they never showed up and took my security deposit which was well over $1,000 ... When I say this apartment company is nothing but scammers!!! Even when you try to do the right thing, they find a way to screw you over!!! Although it was so frustrating and a true headache all that they put me through... I am so glad I know longer stay here!!! It was actually a Blessing in disguise for me to move away from here!!! If you want all your money taken and to be lied to by incompetent people than this is the place for you, but if you want to live in PEACE and have professional people that work in the leasing office that is not out to scam you... Run far away from this place!!!

First evening of helping my mom move in into her new apartment this is what we walk into. We been back and forth dropping things off for weeks, there are so many flaws ect: calking,in the bathroom ,shower head replacement, front door not staying shut, dent in the refrigerator, leaking dishwasher. I can go on. She was so excited, to move in too, it didnt look like that when we went to look at it at on the first of the month, until now 8-24-2022, NOW WE WALK IN this eveing and this is what shes supposed to call her new place. I don't think so. This needs to be fixed, and fixed right. Meaning, new unit, first months free, or prorate refunded and new unit. Unacceptable.un professional. I understand things happen, but come on.
