They cut corners and exclusive management "current HOA is less than desirable" as they cling into the declarant and ignoring the homeowners true needs.

A beautiful upcoming community! I fell in love. I think the price ranges on their advertisement signs are somewhat misleading as with most communities.

Nice place, great trails to explore but it needs a more mobile transport for some of the trails for emergencies purposes!

For it to be a presidential home, hardwood should come standard. Laminate floors should not come in these homes but I it's standard.
