Needs some repair work in the skatepark area. Equipment is dated but still fun. Gaps and uneven panels on all ramps. Fun little park. Not used enough for the city to repair.

This dog park on 86th is usually pretty nice however its TERRIBLE right now!!! Tons of weeds everywhere and it's the weeds with goat heads on them!! My 3 huskies keep getting stickers because nobody has came to clean the weeds out. Where is the city at?? Please clean up this dog park!!!!!!! This is outrageous!!! Dogs deserve better than this.. 8.29.23 -update for tower dog park: It’s been fixed up since my last review, however the doggie trash bags are never dispensed…. 8.11.2024 - Tower Dog Park Update: The trash needs to be dumped out!!! Poor job from the city on maintaining these dog parks… the most recent picture is a picture of the trash can…

This is a great place to go whether it be a family picnic, church charity raising function, or just a work softball game get together.

Finally!!! A park put to good use. There isn't anything more gratifying for an outside girl than to see a multifunctional neighborhood park be jam packed with kids and adults of all ages utilizing everything the space has to offer. NOTE: there is NO pond. But there is a multi pen dog park with dogs running around, sport fields always occupied with games, skaters riding wild on the ramps, heart healthy men and women walking the outer paths and families enjoying being outdoors. I was stunned at the large capacity parking lot packed with cars on a typical Thursday evening before sunset and no games in progress meaning this community really appreciates the space our city mapped out for them to enjoy. Only items of improvement I would include would be better lighting for late night dog park visitors to let their pets get a fresh breath in and feel safe and better weed control because the stickers are prevalent this year. Otherwise hooray for Albuquerque City on their successful park planning and development and all those who make our city enjoyable and safe for all
