Cute little park. It’s fully fenced in with 3 gates to get in but there’s plenty of warning signs to make sure people properly close the gates. There’s 1 picnic table inside but there’s a few pot holes, I’m guessing from other dogs digging around, so something just to be on the lookout for. It is right next to the ocean so it can get pretty windy and cold but the view is amazing and there’s a small park for kids to play around right next to the dog park. Although, I will warn the kid area isn’t super kid friendly haha, the obstacles are more for older kids as the only way to get to the slide is through a rope obstacle course. We went around 3pm on a Saturday and we fortunately had the whole park to ourselves! You can also walk by the water and there’s a whole bike trail around the island.

This is an all time great spot to watch the sun set over the city. View of the Bay bridge, downtown SF, Alcatraz and the Golden Gate.
