There's nothing here except for green grass, a few trees, and tranquility. University Park is in a quiet neighborhood,, it's clean, and the locals keep to themselves but don't make you feel unwelcome.when I was here it was like walking through a portal to a simpler time when there wasn't so much to worry about or to much stress. It's really relaxing here.

Not sure why the 5 stars. There's absolutely nothing here. No playground, no tables, no bathrooms, nor walking track. It's just a small piece of grass with 2 trash cans and one water fountain. Very disappointed. Its supposed to close at 10pm but its literally just a small piece of open property in the middle of a neighborhood. Got plenty of shade though at least haha. We also think it would be good for bootcamps/workout classes since its wide open but I don't recommend it for a bbq day.

We call this the secret park because we hardly ever see anyone else while walking our dogs. Nice shaded area even when its 100 degrees its pleasant.

Just a small neighborhood park, always clean. Nice ace for a walk or play with the kids.
