Well-maintained public space with dog park, seating, gym equipment, clean restrooms, and free coffee, tea, and water. This "oasis" is a beautiful, safe, community space for people of all ages, converted from a parking lot and maintained by Urban Alchemy. There are plenty of clean seats and tables, perfect for eating food from a nearby business that doesn't have seating, or for just sitting. There is a restroom maintained by Urban Alchemy, as well as a restroom outside maintained by the city. Free coffee and tea is available in the morning, bottled water is available throughout the day. It's just a nice place for everybody to enjoy. There are rules posted and it's staffed if you have questions.
This dog park is small but you get a lot in a small package. Dog toys and fresh water can be found here with lots of seating for humans also free bottled water and coffee provided by urban alchemy is also available

Google needs to update the name of this. It is not a parking lot. Urban Alchemy neighborhood security and street cleaners has its headquarters here. Besides the small dog park, there are tables and chairs, games, and gym equipment.
