We come here for a few rowing regattas every late-winter thru spring and it is always beautiful. Peaceful spot to enjoy nature, birds, and views.

Love this park but honestly on the weekend there is always so many people here. However if you keep walking the trail and you take little turns and go on a mini side quest, somehow you will end up at a bridge over a little river/stream. It is so so green and if you go a little behind the bridge, you can find a little train that leads down to the body of water. Definitely a longer walk and took an hour to get to the spot but it was so worth it.

Beautiful park! Amazing view of Mt Hood across the lake. The only down side was that the bathrooms were all closed. They did have a porta potty, but the latch on the door was broken so it wouldn't even lock. 😬 Lots of great walking and biking trails.

Great lake for a fishing or paddle boarding outing - the size allows you to get fully lost in nature with little to no signs of city. It's been worth it for us to drive across the river to access this beauty. Facilities are good, restrooms and the like. It's a few dollars at the kiosk to park in the main lot.

Lovely park with water features—swimming area for early season (April, May and June until algae bloom), picnic area and trails. We do triathlon training here and hold organized runs. Dog friendly!!
