What a glorious, peaceful little gem, tucked quietly away in a residential area. It's tricky to find, as the driveway goes up a hill and looks very much like a residential driveway. There are no signs or banners to be found and once you arrive atop the hill, you'll be in a teensy parking lot, of I believe 6 spaces. This lovely park has a small slide/jungle gym/swing area with bark groundcover, and also wide open, gently rolling hills of green space, surrounded by mature eucalyptus trees and flowering shrubbery. Our trip found us there to enjoy our lunch at one of the two stone picnic tables in the dappled shade. We were the only two people in the park. Several squirrels and many Monarch butterflies were fluttering about, which led us on a search to see if they were resting high up in the trees. It was so peaceful and beautiful! A perfect afternoon visit! Next time you're in the area, go on a quest to find this sweet gem!
Quite little park tucked away. Small playground, 2 adult swings, and 1 tennis court. The real cool part is the huge grass lawn for activities! There is a ton of open space to let the little ones run around. Just wish they had a bigger jungle gym to climb on and also more swings with the baby seats. But, it’s never crowded so I call this a hidden gem of a park. So ssshhhhh, don’t tell too many people. Lol.
Very nice, small and secluded park. Difficult to get to; it's behind and up the hill from San Clemente High School. Has a tennis court.
A small pretty park near schs upper campus. It's got nice grass space for picnics, a tennis court, and a big toy for the kids
Amazing park! Big noble trees, shade, and a perfect place to walk your dog or ride bikes.
