I highly recommend Very Important Paws for dog daycare and boarding services. The staff is warm and welcoming, displaying genuine care for the dogs. The facility is clean and spacious. Additionally, they regularly post photos of the dogs, offering a personalized touch that keeps you updated on the enjoyable time your dog is having.
Absolutely terrible experience! I took my dog to Very Important Paws twice, each for a half day of daycare and "camp," where the dogs are supposed to go outside for different group activities throughout the day, including the outdoor pool that the Company actively advertises. The charge is $56 for five hours. The first time on 11/06/25, the dogs did not go in the pool, however when I picked my dog up, the front desk told me "oh he maybe a little wet from going in the pool." My dog smelled like urine so I gave him a full bath when I got home. I took my dog again on 11/13/25 and this will be the last time. When I dropped him off, there was another customer that came into the lobby with two large, rambunctious dogs without a leashes on. One of the dogs jumped on me as I protected my dog. I told the front desk that the dog should be on a leash and got the casual "oh, it's ok we spoke to the customer and said he can not do that anymore." Then, when I went to pick up my dog, there was another 90 lb dog that was also getting picked up, once again off leash. When my dog came out to the lobby, the same front desk girl told me again, "oh, he may be a little wet from the pool." My dog was absolutely covered in urine and immediately needed a bath. The bathwater was yellow. I'm not paying $56 for five hours for my dog to need a bath every time he goes to play with some other dogs. I also do not need a 20 year old front desk girl to lie to my face. There are other negative reviews about the front desk in this thread. Terrible experience.
My favorite spot for my pup in WPB. Henry loves going to their camp/daycare and always comes back from boarding happy. Baths and grooming are top notch too. Pool time is his favorite.
My dog Louie has been coming since he has 1 years old- 4.5 years later and he still gets so excited every time I say “We’re going to VIP!” He’s made great friends and the staff is incredible. Thank you VIP for taking such good care of my baby!!
We board our rat terrier Lulu at Very Important Dogs, and it’s truly the only place we fully trust to take care of her while we’re away. The staff is so loving and attentive—you can tell they treat every dog like their own. Lulu can be a bit particular, but she always comes home calm, happy, and well cared for. It means so much to know she’s safe, comfortable, and even enjoying herself when we’re not around. They give her just the right mix of playtime, rest, and affection. We’re so grateful to have found a place that gives us real peace of mind. If you’re looking for a boarding spot in West Palm where your dog will be treated like family, this is it.
When Google exported structured hours, they’re surfaced here instead of being buried in the raw payload.
