I recently moved into Village Green, and during my first few days I ran into a couple of small hiccups, mainly with the limited guest parking. I spoke with Candy in the office, and she was incredibly understanding and patient. She let me vent, walked me through a few options for visitor parking when I have friends over, and even took the time to recommend nearby food spots since I’m new to the area. Her help really made the transition smoother. For anyone moving in and having a hard time, I definitely recommend calling the office and asking for Candy.
I lived at Village Green for 14 years. Due to a change in circumstances I moved recently. But I will never forget how friendly everyone was. I had great experience With maintenance whenever I needed help with anything. Management was also very helpful when I needed anything. It’s well lit at night. It’s very safe. I would recommend living here.
i just want to start off with thanking Yvette Ball. She has genuinely been the most help throughout our moving process. We love the Village Green Community, super friendly, dog friendly, family oriented, and a very safe community. Yvette was able to help meet all of our needs when it came to moving in. I highly recommend giving Village Green a choice of consideration when looking for a new home.
I have many complaints after living here for 6 months now. Good things I can say about this place is the neighbors are nice and the scenery and floors plans are also nice. Property management has given me difficulty with providing adequate parking... The laundry facilities are the worst I've ever had to endure. I'm being harassed over vacant utility bills for months, starting to feel like a scam. So many people have had my address and their mail keeps coming, I've had to have the heater serviced... That took weeks and several visits as the A/C was leaking gas, the toilet serviced twice, there are water outages regularly, the oven works sometimes, the blinds were falling apart... I'm still waiting to speak to a manager.
We moved to Village Green in the beginning of 2024. We had a great experience throughout our first year and we decided to renew our contract but due to unforeseen circumstances we were in a bind of finding a new place to live. I contacted the team at Village Green and Sara was very supportive and understanding of my circumstances. She quickly offered a solution and guided me along the way. She was able to ease any stress and provided follow ups to ensure all transitions went smoothly. The entire team along with the maintenance team have been very attentive to any request and fix anything in a timely manner. I appreciate the community around me and living in a pet friendly and family oriented neighborhood.
