Wonderful surprise of a place. Easy parking, peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. Loved the bench swings available for park visitors. Surprisingly clean bathrooms. Took my bike off the car and rode around town with this park as my base. Great choice to spend my time in Knoxville here.

As a tourist, it’s great to see something like this near downtown. We went there walking, and had a great time watching the boats and bridges. The only thing I can say that needs improvement is the restrooms are they were really dirty, but besides that all is great.

We had brunch at Calhoun‘s on the River and walked through the. park to the Neyland Stadium for the 2025 UAB versus Tennessee football game. Aside from the nice views views of the river and all of the large boats decked out in orange Tennessee paraphernalia lined up on the river for the game, there are also places where you can sit down and enjoy the views. There are also several artificial rock formations with waterfalls adding a tranquil element to walk.

Really cool spot to see the bridges and river. Good for a rest and some shade. Not much seating. Black metal chess tabkes at the bottom, not great for summer, scalding hot. Nice little parking lot next to the restaurant.

Amazing views very quiet in the afternoon on the weekday! I couldve stayed there all day looking at the river!
