Stumbled upon this nice pond during a morning run, had no idea that this was here for the few years ive lived in midland and im happy I passed by. Seems like an excellent place for a morning walk with a lot of little critters you can see on the sides of the walkways and in the water itself. If you want to start getting back into shape, this is a perfect place to get break in and walk a few laps.

It's small but it's still really cute.

This a nice park. Not a lot of parks with lakes here in Midland. Best to go here during the early morning or closer to sun down to avoid the heat during the middle of the day. There are a lot of ducks and if your lucky get to see a lot of turtles too swimming around or by the shore sun bathing.

The place is very nice and quiet. I went with my 6 year old son and we brought food suitable for ducks. My son really enjoyed it. Please do not feed the Ducks with breads, it is harmful for them as they contain excessive amounts of calories and carbohydrates that can make the ducks sick.

Beautiful park. But no restrooms. In Florida all parks even small.parks have restrooms. Just a suggestion.
