Very bad design and planning. Any planning committee would need to access dangers if a dog can scale the fence, or escape, what is the safety? Mass Pike on one side and Washington Street on other. There is no buffer of safety if your off leash dog runs loose down the highway. Limited on street parking means crossing a busy street. Grass and picnic table is pro but this grass highway strip is not a park. There is no buffer for when an off leash small or large dog is running away. Could not find the public minutes of meetings or members of the OLAWG. It appears PRC wanted to add an amenity. So fenced in a highway strip for a dog park with off leash fees for use. Do not recommend.

Great park to take dogs to . Esp on hot summer days plenty of shade within the park. Good parking no water but bowls there. Porta potty there.
